Project Consultant
Project Consultant – Sales - Job Summary This position is responsible for working directly with prospective customers to assess their needs, present AR Roofing & Remodeling products and services, and convert a high percentage of presentations into profitable sales. The goal of this role is to create highly satisfied customers while maintaining strong margins and professional standards. Duties & Responsibilities Set and actively pursue monthly and yearly sales goals, including developing and executing strategies to achieve them. Work company-generated leads diligently to match customer needs with appropriate products and services, resulting in profitable jobs and satisfied customers. Self-generate leads through referrals, networking, and neighborhood canvassing. This includes canvassing neighborhoods where projects are being completed to generate additional opportunities. Maintain timely and accurate daily sales activity reports, lead tracking, sales forecasts, and required documentation. Stay up to date on all product offerings, pricing changes, and company sales programs. Maintain clean, organized sales materials, samples, and vehicle. Communicate effectively with Project Managers and company leadership to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Attend all scheduled meetings and arrive at least five minutes early for all appointments and meetings. Follow up on all completed projects to maintain relationships, generate referrals, and support future sales opportunities. Visit active job sites when appropriate. Generate accurate estimates with detailed materials lists based on the project scope to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to production. Initiate and manage change orders when necessary, including communicating additional costs with customers and coordinating with the production team. Submit clear, accurate, and complete agreements, drawings, estimates, addendums, photos, and pricing within 24 business hours of contract signing. Continuously refine selling skills and work to consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Master and properly utilize all required company software and tools, including JobNimbus, CompanyCam, SalesRabbit, Hover, EagleView, and Trainual, in accordance with company policy. Ensure all customer communication, notes, tasks, and documentation are completed accurately and professionally within JobNimbus. Capture and upload required project photos for every lead and job using CompanyCam, including before, progress, and completion photos. Complete all assigned training within Trainual and maintain proficiency in company sales processes, presentations, and word tracks. Maintain a professional appearance, follow all company policies, attend required meetings and seminars, and report any issues that could impact safety, profitability, or operations. Collect payment from customers upon project completion when required. Perform any additional duties deemed necessary by management. Performance Expectations Maintain an average close rate of at least 30 percent across all leads. A close rate of 40 percent or higher is considered strong and may qualify for bonuses or advancement. Consistently falling below a 30 percent close rate may result in performance review or corrective action. Each signed project should achieve a minimum gross profit margin of 42 percent. Jobs sold below this margin may affect commission eligibility and result in performance coaching. Maintain gross monthly sales of at least $100,000. Generate a minimum of 5–8 self-generated leads per month through referrals, networking, or canvassing. All sales activity, lead sources, profit details, and job outcomes must be accurately recorded in the company CRM. Falsifying or omitting data is grounds for disciplinary action. Project Manager
Project Manager – Production - Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality installations that meet both company standards and customer expectations. This role focuses on clear communication, proper execution of work, jobsite cleanliness, and ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to AR Roofing & Remodeling specifications. Core Responsibilities Maintain quality by communicating clearly with customers and company leadership, ensuring installations meet all specifications, and keeping jobsites clean during and after completion. Respond promptly and professionally to company policies, procedures, and customer questions or concerns. Fulfill all project commitments by meeting company agreements, customer expectations, and daily responsibilities consistently. Duties & Responsibilities Arrive on time, properly groomed, and in a clean, professional uniform. Oversee and complete installation of projects according to AR Roofing & Remodeling standards. Review scope of work prior to starting to identify and resolve issues early. Ensure all required job progress reporting is completed accurately and on time. Capture and upload before, during, and after photos in CompanyCam according to company process. Sell, document, and report all change orders in compliance with company procedures and notify the Production Manager daily. Accurately report time worked and coordinate subcontractor schedules, scopes of work, material lists, and invoicing. Maintain cleanliness and proper care of all company-issued vehicles and equipment. Be courteous, professional, and respectful when interacting with customers. Enter neighbor leads into JobNimbus daily with complete customer contact information and tag appropriate AR staff for sales follow-up. Anticipate and resolve issues before they impact production workflow or crew performance. Attend all scheduled pre-construction meetings and report to job sites at agreed-upon times. Verify all required materials are on site and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy. Report discrepancies immediately. Track daily material usage, inventory, and equipment sign-outs according to company SOPs. Ensure trucks are safely loaded, equipment is properly secured, and ladder safety requirements are followed. Place yard signs and AR banners on every project without exception. Introduce yourself to customers at the start of each project as the Project Manager and confirm you are responsible for final approval of completed work. Plan daily work to ensure projects remain weather-safe and watertight. Never tear off more material than can be fully installed in a single day without prior authorization. Communicate all project issues to the Production Manager promptly. Maintain fire safety protocols when torching, including roof inspection and fire watch for a minimum of one hour after application. Ensure the job is fully watertight at the end of each workday. Accept full responsibility for preventing interior water or fire damage by following all company procedures. Attend all required company meetings and seminars. Follow all company policies and SOPs at all times. Work cooperatively as part of a team and represent the company with professionalism on every job site. Perform any additional duties deemed necessary by management.
