Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing jobsite operations and ensuring every project is completed to AR Roofing & Remodeling standards. This role focuses on quality control, communication, safety, scheduling, and documentation while delivering a clean, efficient, and professional customer experience from start to finish.
 

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily jobsite operations and production workflow

• Ensure installations meet company specifications and customer expectations

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers

• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency on every project
   

Duties & Responsibilities
 

Quality & Installation

• Complete and oversee installations to AR Roofing & Remodeling standards

• Review scope of work prior to starting to identify and resolve issues early

• Ensure jobs are properly planned and executed daily

• Confirm all projects remain watertight at the end of each workday

• Never tear off more material than can be fully installed in one day without authorization

Customer Communication

• Introduce yourself to customers at the start of each project as the Project Manager

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the project

• Address customer questions and concerns promptly

• Ensure final customer approval is obtained upon project completion

Reporting & Documentation

• Complete all job progress reporting accurately and on time

• Capture and upload before, during, and after photos in CompanyCam

• Document and report all change orders according to company procedures

• Notify the Production Manager daily of change orders, overages, or issues

• Enter neighbor leads into JobNimbus with complete customer information

Scheduling & Coordination

• Coordinate scope of work, scheduling, and material lists with subcontractors

• Attend all scheduled pre-construction meetings and jobsite check-ins

• Report subcontractor time, invoices, and pay breakdowns accurately

Materials & Inventory

• Verify all required materials are on site before work begins

• Inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies immediately

• Track daily material usage, inventory, and equipment sign-outs

• Maintain inventory in accordance with company SOPs

Equipment & Vehicle Management

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company-issued vehicles and equipment

• Ensure trucks are safely loaded and equipment properly secured

• Follow ladder safety requirements and transport regulations

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety policies and SOPs

• Maintain fire watch procedures when torching is required

• Accept responsibility for preventing water or fire damage through proper procedures

Professional Standards

• Arrive on time, properly groomed, and in clean uniform

• Attend all required company meetings and training sessions

• Work cooperatively with crews and management

• Represent AR Roofing & Remodeling professionally at all times

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Projects completed on schedule and to company standards

• Clear and consistent communication with customers and leadership

• Accurate reporting and documentation

• Efficient jobsite workflow and crew coordination

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior construction or roofing experience preferred

• Ability to lead crews and manage job sites

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings

• Physically capable of lifting up to 90 lbs and working on roofs and ladders

• Ability to communicate clearly in English

Employment Status

Employment with AR Roofing & Remodeling is at-will. Either party may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice. Job duties, compensation, and employment terms may be modified at the discretion of AR Roofing & Remodeling. Only the CEO or COO may authorize changes to employment terms in writing.
